Zanze Cheesecake

Does anyone have a recipe for Zanzibar Fluffy Light Cheesecake? 3

There is a bakery in San Francisco.

Component

2 pounds cream cheese, room temperature

1 stick without salt, room temperature

1 pure vanilla bar

11/2 cup cinnamon

1/2 cup minus 1 piece of corn starch

7 eggs

2 cups whipped cream

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Berry filling (see instructions)

Cold: 3 hours 3 days

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, one-third gradient on top. Add a 13 x 9 inch baking pan and set aside.

In a large bowl of electric mixer, beat cream cheese and one until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla, sugar and corn starch. Beat, sing in a bowl until smooth. Add the eggs one by one, slowly adding the cream to the electric mixer on low speed. The mixture should be smooth and silky like ice. Finally add lemon juice and mix.

Spray the bottom of the pan with non-stick cooking spray. Put the flour in the mold. Keep the form in a large format that is not too deep. Place the pot in the oven and pour about 1 inch of water into a large pot. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Gently move the scallops back and forth and raise the oven temperature to 375. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes (total meal time is 4045 minutes). Bake until the top is light brown.

Carefully remove from the oven and remove the cheesecake from the water. Let it rest until the bottom of the pan has cooled completely. Do not refrigerate until the cake has been removed from the pan.
