Why is my diynot boiler throwing up an E37 error?

Since putting the heating back on the boiler is throwing up an e37 error, this seems to be happening when the heating is on and then a tap is turned on for hot water. When the tap is turned off the error disappears most of the time. However a couple of times the error has stayed on and I have had to turn off/on the boiler to reset.

Can a boiler reset be done with a locked fault code?

Why is my flue thermostat displaying an E03 error code?

Flue thermostat has sensed high flue gas temperature and reduced the burner output to prevent damage. If the temperature continues to rise the boiler will lockout and the E03 error code will be displayed. This could be due to air in the heat exchanger, restricted primary flow or heat exchanger air blocked.
