When to install combi boiler with mixer shower?

We have just moved into a house which has a combi boiler which was installed late 2016/early 2017. Since we have moved in, we have found that the shower (a standard mixer shower installed pre combi boiler) runs cold after a couple of minutes for around 30 seconds to a minute before warming back up again.
