Cheese and Garlic roasted Brussels sprouts

This first recipe is probably the simplest recipe of cooking Brussels sprouts. You need just 5 ingredients to prepare this dish. You can serve this dish confidently as a main course at a family dinner. It’s a simple and delicious recipe and I hope you guys will like it.

Ingredients:

• Fresh Brussels sprouts
• Garlic
• Parmesan Cheese
• Olive oil
• Pepper and Salt for seasoning

Procedure :

• Start with cleaning the Brussels sprouts with water and then dry them out by using paper towels.
• Trim the Brussels sprouts and also, cut out any damaged leaves on the outside.
• You can also cut a large sprout into two small pieces.
• Now, place the trimmed Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet or a roasting pan that you use in your place.
• Add olive oil on top of the Brussels sprouts.
• Throw thin slices of garlic on the pan.
• Now, add some freshly grate parmesan cheese on top of the sprouts. Make sure that its evenly spread on the pan.
• Add the salt and pepper for seasoning.
• Place the roasting pan or baking sheet inside the oven and roast at 400F for exact 20 minutes.
• Add some more seasoning on golden brown Brussels sprouts if necessary and then serve.

Lightly Sautéed Brussels sprouts.

This second recipe for cooking Brussels sprouts is also quite great and very simple. The ingredients are pretty basic, the formula prep is direct, and the outcomes are extraordinary.

Ingredients:

• Fresh Brussels sprouts
• Olive Oil
• Kosher Salt
• Balsamic vinegar
• Pepper and Salt for seasoning

Procedure:

• Start with cleaning the Brussels sprouts with water and then dry them out by using paper towels.
• Trim the Brussels sprouts and also, cut out any damaged leaves on the outside.
• You can also cut a large sprout into two small pieces.
• Heat the oil in pan and then add Brussels sprouts.
• Add seasoning and then continue to stir and cook until the Brussels sprouts turn to golden brown.
• After that, remove the pan from heat and then add vinegar on top. Now, keep stirring for a while to let the flavor of vinegar settle in.
