Yes, that's right. Because in the past people could only get out of the dirt 4 days a week. This is partly a precautionary measure, but it is also a way to avoid public confrontation. There are 4 days under discussion: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Wednesday is +1 and Friday and it is time to sleep in the shadows because in November people really get more so they sleep till Friday and shadow.
